Main components of handheld automatic screw machine
Time:2020-06-08 Traffic:

Hand-held automatic screw machine is a machine used to replace the traditional hand-tightening screw. Manual screw tightening includes pure hand tightening and electric screwdriver or pneumatic screw machine tightening. The latter generates rotating power by electric or pneumatic methods to replace frequent manual tightening actions, which reduces the locking screw to some extent. Working intensity, but since manual screw placement and screw head alignment still require a lot of work time and effort, the overall efficiency improvement is relatively limited.

Therefore, the company has developed a new type of handheld automatic screw machine for screw lock payment. This screw machine includes: automatic screw arrangement and distribution system, automatic screw delivery system, automatic screw lock payment system, and detection system during the lock payment process.

The automatic screw arrangement and distribution system is mainly to arrange the loose screws neatly and output them individually. It can be realized by vibrating disk sorting mechanism or rocker arm screw alignment mechanism.

The automatic screw conveying system mainly conveys the arranged screws individually to the head of the screw tightening unit.

The automatic screw locking system includes a rotating power part and a screw lead-in part. The common introduction methods of hand-held automatic screw machine are air blowing type and adsorption type. Generally speaking, the air blowing type works continuously and does not require head to move back and forth, so the overall efficiency is better than the adsorption type. But the blow type itself is limited by the shape and length-diameter ratio of the screw, and not every type of screw is suitable for the blow type.

The lock payment detection system includes the detection of problems such as missing locks, floating locks, and jamming of screws.
